SIGN.GL is a private electronic signature and document workflow service used by ONE LLC, its clients, its agents, and their respective clients. It is not a public self-service platform for general company registration or open user sign-up. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use SIGN.GL and our related verification service at verify.sign.gl.

We may use your telephone number to send transactional SMS messages related to your use of the Service, including account verification, authentication (one-time passcodes), signing invitations, reminders, status updates, and completion notifications.

Such storage is used only for service operation, security, verification support, audit preservation, administrative purposes, or related legal and compliance needs.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, preserve audit trails, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.
