SIGN.GL is a private electronic signature and document workflow service used by Agent Inc., its clients, its agents, and their respective clients. It is not a public self-service platform for general company registration or open user sign-up. • Messages or support requests you send to us

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that support SIGN.GL, including infrastructure, hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, and security providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the integrity of the Service.

Document content and verification data

Documents processed through SIGN.GL may contain personal, business, legal, or financial information. We process that content only as needed to provide the Service, maintain audit records, support verification features, send related notifications, and meet legal obligations.

To support document processing, recordkeeping, workflow reliability, service security, and verification-related operations, uploaded documents or related document files may be stored, backed up, or maintained with trusted infrastructure or storage providers acting on our behalf. Such storage is used only for service operation, security, verification support, audit preservation, administrative purposes, or related legal and compliance needs.

Our public verification service at verify.sign.gl is designed to allow third parties to check the authenticity of electronically signed documents. Information displayed through that service may include limited document or verification-related details necessary to confirm authenticity and signing status.

Verification links and related verification records are generally retained for 90 days from the date of verification. After that period, the record may no longer be available through the public verification page.

Because the verification page is designed to confirm authenticity, limited document or signing-related information may be visible to persons who possess the verification link.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, preserve audit trails, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law.

Verification links and related verification records are generally retained for 90 days from the date of verification, unless a shorter or longer retention period is required by law, contract, operational need, security review, or a specific workflow configuration.

We may retain limited administrative, security, fraud-prevention, and audit information for longer where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, document transactions, or comply with legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International use

If you access SIGN.GL from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Your choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you receive email or SMS notifications in connection with a document workflow, you may also have options to stop receiving certain communications, except for messages that are necessary to complete, confirm, secure, or document a transaction.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of SIGN.GL after an update means you accept the revised policy.
