These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SIGN.GL, including its electronic signature, document workflow, notification, and verification features. By using SIGN.GL, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

SIGN.GL is operated by Agent Inc., a company registered in the State of Idaho, United States.

SIGN.GL is intended for document signing and related workflows between Agent Inc., its clients, its agents, and their respective clients. It is not offered as a public self-service registration platform for general business users.

Eligibility

You may use SIGN.GL only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Your use of the service

You agree to use SIGN.GL only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activity
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service
  • Overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond lawful use
  • Upload or send documents you do not have the right to use
  • Use the public verification service in a manner that is abusive, misleading, automated at scale, or intended to disrupt availability

User content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you submit through SIGN.GL. By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to host, process, store, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, generate audit records, and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload documents, request signatures, provide contact information, and send signing-related notifications through the Service.

Electronic signatures and verification

SIGN.GL provides tools for electronic signatures, audit trails, document delivery, status notifications, and document-related verification, including a public verification page at verify.sign.gl. You are responsible for determining whether use of the Service is appropriate for your legal, regulatory, contractual, or business needs.

Verification results, audit logs, timestamps, and related records are provided for informational and operational purposes. They are intended to help confirm document authenticity, workflow status, and signing history, but do not constitute legal advice, legal certification, or a guarantee of enforceability in every jurisdiction or use case.

Verification links and verification records are generally retained and made available for 90 days from the date of verification, unless a shorter or longer period is required by law, contract, operational need, or a specific workflow configuration.

Verification pages may be accessible to persons who possess the verification link. You are responsible for deciding when and with whom such links should be shared.

Communications

By using the Service, you acknowledge that SIGN.GL may send transactional communications related to document workflows, including signing invitations, reminders, authentication messages, completion notices, and progress updates by email or SMS.

You represent that you have obtained any necessary authority or consent to provide contact details for recipients and signers, and to send signing-related communications through the Service.

You confirm that you have the authority and any required consent to provide recipient contact information, including email addresses and telephone numbers, and to send transaction-related messages, reminders, authentication codes, and completion notices through the Service.

No legal advice

SIGN.GL and Agent Inc. do not provide legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel for questions about enforceability, compliance, or the legal effect of any document or signature process.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Third-party services

SIGN.GL may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, hosting, security, email delivery, SMS delivery, verification support, or related services. We are not responsible for third-party products or services except as expressly stated by us.

Disclaimer

SIGN.GL is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of SIGN.GL.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of SIGN.GL after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
