SIGN.GL Electronic Signature

To ensure the authenticity, integrity, and legal reliability of electronically signed documents, SIGN.GL implements multiple layers of security and verification mechanisms aligned with widely adopted industry standards.

These controls are designed to support reliable electronic signature workflows, document integrity, and independent verification by recipients or third parties.

Audit Trail & Traceability

Each signed document is associated with a detailed audit trail recording signing events, timestamps, and technical metadata related to the signing process.

Document Integrity Protection

SIGN.GL generates a SHA-256 cryptographic hash for every signed document. Any modification to the document after signing will change the hash value and immediately invalidate the integrity verification.

Trusted Digital Certificate Framework

Digital signatures are backed by a trusted certificate infrastructure and follow verification standards supported by major PDF readers and digital signature validation systems.

Trusted Timestamping

Signing events may include trusted timestamp information to provide independent evidence of when the signature occurred.

Public Verification Platform

Signed documents can be independently verified at any time through the official verification portal at verify.sign.gl, allowing recipients or third parties to confirm document integrity and signature validity.
